1. Business Information

Queen of Hijab operates as a modest fashion and hijab wholesale business serving professional buyers, boutiques, resellers, and approved trade customers. Product availability, pricing, and fulfillment are managed according to commercial supply terms rather than consumer retail rules.

2. Wholesale and B2B Orders

Orders placed through Queen of Hijab are intended for business and wholesale use. We reserve the right to accept, decline, limit, or cancel any order if inventory, pricing, account verification, or compliance requirements make fulfillment impractical.

Buyers are responsible for providing accurate company details, delivery information, tax information where applicable, and a valid contact email and phone number.

3. Pricing and Payments

All product pricing is subject to confirmation at the time of order. Unless stated otherwise, pricing excludes customs duties, import fees, taxes, and local handling charges that may apply in the destination country.

Queen of Hijab accepts approved payments through Stripe and PayPal. Orders may be held until payment has been successfully authorized and confirmed. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, withdraw promotions, or request updated payment details before dispatch.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping timelines are estimates only and may vary depending on stock readiness, courier schedules, customs clearance, and destination requirements. Risk of delay caused by carriers, customs, or force majeure events is not assumed by Queen of Hijab.

Buyers must inspect shipments promptly upon receipt and report visible transport damage or delivery discrepancies as soon as reasonably possible.

5. Returns and Refunds

Due to the wholesale and business-to-business nature of our sales, all approved orders are treated as final once dispatched. No refunds are available after shipping.

If an order arrives materially defective or incorrect due to our verified error, we may review the issue and, at our discretion, offer replacement, store credit, or another commercially reasonable remedy.

6. Product Presentation

We make reasonable efforts to display product colors, fabrics, and styling accurately. Minor variations may occur due to photography, device screens, batch differences, and production tolerances and do not constitute a defect.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Queen of Hijab is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, including business interruption, loss of profit, or loss of expected commercial opportunity arising from use of the website, delayed shipping, or order performance.

Our total liability relating to any order or claim will not exceed the amount actually paid for the relevant order.
